Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, the shipping cost for your particular order can be seen on the first screen of the checkout process.

For NL deliveries we normally ship within 48 hours. For small items we will use the TPG standard service, for larger items we will use the most appropriate parcel service available.

Please note that for all exports to non-EU countries the customer is liable for any import duties and taxes that may be incurred as well as the costs of returning the goods to us.

All other non-NL addresses use courier or recorded delivery services and take between 3 to 6 businessdays.

We ship to almost any country in the world. There are however some exeptions. Of course if we can not ship to your desired country well let you know as soon as possible so please make sure your email address and telephone number mentioned in your order are correct.

VAT on EU Exports

If your business is located in a country that is a member of the EU you can ask us to zero-rate the VAT on your order. If this is the case you have to fax us a request on your company letterhead showing your VAT number. Our fax number is +31 53 4285829.

Next you can place your order and enter your VAT number in the order comment box. We will remove the VAT as part of our order processing.

Returns

You may need to return a product to us for the following reasons:-
a) you are exercising your right of cancellation (see our terms and conditions).
Please keep in mind that you make sure that the goods have not been used and are in original condition and packaging.
b) you have ordered the incorrect item(s)
c) we have sent you the wrong item(s)
d) you need to replace the item(s) under warranty.

For cases a, b or c above you must inform us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
For ALL of the above cases you must first obtain a RMA number from us.

To return a product you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You need to request an RMA Request from us before you return any incorrectly supplied/faulty or damaged items. Only when an RMA number is issued by our Returns Department can you then return the goods to us.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

Here is what you need to do to apply for an RMA:
Send us the detail of the item(s) for which your are requesting an RMA; this must include
1) item(s) description
2) part number(s)
3) invoice number(s) which relate to the item(s)

Once you have selected all of the items you wish to return you can submit your request by email to support@polyware.nl or by Fax to +31 53 4285829.

Once received by our Returns Team you will then be supplied with the details of the full returns procedure which will include an RMA reference (this is different from your RMA request).
